No Fix, No Fee
If the issue cannot be identified or a workable solution cannot be found, no fee is charged.
Diagnostic Fee
If the exact problem is identified but you decide not to proceed with the repair (or if parts cost more than the laptop is worth), there is a $50 bench fee for time spent testing.
Repair Rates
If repair work is approved, rates are $120 for the first hour and $95/hr for additional time (plus parts). The $50 diagnostic fee is waived and rolled into the first hour.
